Description

For widowed DCI Joe Mottram, a summer on the island of Capri was meant to be an opportunity to reconnect with his teenage daughter Angelica. What better place to bond than in his late wife Francesca's childhood home, the renowned beachside restaurant, Di Vinale's, run by her parents.

But when the body of a British tourist is found at the bottom of an iconic landmark, Joe is tasked with helping local detective Lara investigate and his plans for the holiday are shattered. As he learns more about the events surrounding the death, Joe begins to suspect that the island is not as idyllic as it seems. Darkness and corruption lurk beneath its surface.

And when a second body is discovered, he realises he and his family might be in real danger...
