Congratulations. If you are reading this, then you have been selected to join Horror Fitness. In exactly six months, 66 athletes that survive the 66,666 square foot Death Box will take on the Bodybuilding Zombies in the ultimate Horror Fitness challenge. As the garage doors drop to the floor, you will enter into the dark zone where 66 select Crossfit Vampires vultures will work your bodies out to the core. They will demand sweat, guts and lots of hard work. And most importantly blood, but only for a little bit of good luck of course.

You'll experience hundreds of high-intensity shock workouts from flipping and sledging life-size tractor tires to legless rope climbs in short explosive times. See your strength, power, and speed blow with Olympic lifts and the deadly ring dips. Lean out with the suicide weighted-vest night runs or power through the prowler sleds until you can't feel your legs. And, rock your core with kettlebell swings and cleans until you can't stand anymore. But know when you feel your blood rush, and your heart pumped, the blood-sucking Crossfit Vampires will prime you for one last dump. But, if you fail and wither away in defeat, you'll be in for a salty treat as the blood-sucking fangs will puncture your veins for their nightly Death Box feast.
