Bernard is a buffalo that lives in Buriram, Thailand, and has a happy life enjoying each day as it comes. Every day Bernard manages to find himself helping with the daily activities on the farm or keeping himself amused on things he discovers. And, of course, some days he finds himself in an odd position that he needs to explain his way out. Bernard teaches us that helping others can be fun and that helping others is as rewarding as being helped yourself.

This is Ian Bennett's first book on Bernard's exploits. Hopefully this is just one of the many more days that Bernard will share everyone. Ian currently lives in Buriram, in the northeast of Thailand, about five hours' drive from Bangkok. Having spent many years working in the supply chain industry in Europe and in Asia, he has now settled down to concentrate on writing children's books.
