CSIR-NBRI, Lucknow keeps more than 350 chrysanthemum cultivars as germplasm. Present submission represents the work carried out for identification and management of virus/es infecting this germplasm. Two cucumoviruses, CMV and TAV, could be detected in several chrysanthemum cultivars, identified at genome sequence level.
