Im Lebensraum Schule ist der Religionsunterricht ein wesentlicher Ort zum Lernen und Lehren von Empathie. Die Bibel enthält einen Reichtum von dem, was wir heute unter Empathie verstehen. Systematisch und exegetisch spürt Anja Steinberg der Bedeutung von Empathie nach. Theme-centered interaction (TCI), non-violent communication (NVC) and resonance pedagogy represent methods and (life) attitudes with which empathy becomes vivid and worth learning and teaching. Using a multiperspective-theological and interdisciplinary approach, the author demonstrates possibilities for a modern, "empathic" religious education.
