Description

Kyla had had it with her life in the city. She packed up and moved to Calico to start up a business on the famous boardwalk of Calico Harbor. It was a scary move but it was what she needed to get out and make a fresh start.

Her new plant shop would be her new adventure. What she didn't plan for was to meet a fellow who also ran a shop on the boardwalk. James and his brother ran a coffee shop called The Morning Shop. Kyla's first day starts off with a free coffee and James and Kyla hit it off.

Things move along with them quite fast and maybe a little too fast when Jame's past comes back to confront him and Kyla get's in the way of that ends in an entanglement that she would rather not be in. James and Kyla have to figure things out before things get out of hand. Kyla finds out what Calico Harbor can throw at her for challenges and love. She only hopes that she can survive both.
