Description

The magic used to break the hegemony of Bahta Mort, the old necromantic Empire, caused the world to split into two parallel realities. Each of these worlds began to function according to its own rules from that moment. In the newly created reality, over the millennia, magic gradually lost its significance. The number of people knowing the arcane arts was decreasing, and the old books for learning, with the outbreak of subsequent wars, burned in their conflagration. Eventually, only legends remained of the existence of another world and mages. Science and increasingly rapid technological development are leading here. Generations grow up without magic and wars in the background. However, in the old world, life goes on along the beaten paths, where people knowing the arcane arts rule and they mainly try to maintain peace and balance. Nevertheless, wars and attempts to take control over all continents by Necromancers, among whom the Dead play the most important role, break out from time to time. A hundred years after suppressing the last rebellion of necromantic wizards, the Dead are reaching for power again.
