So that the Satanist, having rejected belief in imaginary gods, will believe in the divinity of the reason of the human animal, and in the abundant, godless life before death, and that, knowing it to be the inevitable end, he will have eternal peace after death, united forever with the power of the Infinite, the only godless reality that exists.

Or even more succinctly:

That man may so love the godless world that he may reject the belief in delusion which takes away the power of the divinity of human reason, and that he may not become a slave to the fear of hell, but have a godless life abundant before eternity in the peace of death.
