
This book examines the National Palace Museum's efforts to combine its expertise in museum service with a digitalized platform. It analyses the research results of surveys conducted by the National Science Council and aims to inform readers of digital establishment and service innovations from an organization's perspective as well as the necessities of technological and managerial implementation. The development process of new digital contents and IT-enabled services of NPM would be a very useful benchmark for museums and the brick-and-mortar industries in Taiwan and the world.
