In 1981, Jeff co-founded KC Australia, growing a humble family business into a leading supplier of sports apparel and merchandise across Western Australia's football and sporting clubs. Despite facing setbacks—such as losing major supply rights to bigger competitors—Jeff's resilience and determination never wavered. Instead, he adapted and continued to champion grassroots sport with heart and commitment.

Beyond business, Jeff's greatest legacy lies in his community contributions. For over a decade, he served as Chairman of the Rottnest Foundation, spearheading conservation projects and fostering a deeper connection to Western Australia's natural heritage. His 25-year dedication to the Hopman Cup Ball Kids Program highlights his lifelong commitment to nurturing young talent.
