Description

The three poems form a special lyrical ensemble,in which women are viewed from contrasting angles:sinner and savior, seductress and victim, dream and reality.Although apparently distinct,"The Prostitute and the Angel","The Mistress" and "The Princess from the 2nd Floor"are united by a subtle thread of symbolism, desire, guilt and salvation. The author creates a complex poetic universe,in which feminine beauty, inner feelings and social marginalization meet to tell painful but sincere stories."The Prostitute and the Angel",the drama of impossible love and the search for salvation This poem is a true lyrical epic. With dozens of stanzas, the story follows the fate of a luxury prostitute who seduces an angel descended from heaven with the mission of making him aware of his sin.In a fragile balance between the heavenly sacred and the sensual profane, the angel succumbs to temptation and incarnates, choosing earthly love. Their exile follows, the birth of a child from this "unallowed" love, and an apocalyptic confrontation with angels and demons. In the end,the angel is punished, and the woman repents, finding salvation.Their child becomes the symbol of reconciliation between the divine and the human, choosing the path of priesthood. The poetry is notable for its narrative and thematic complexity, reminiscent of biblical parables, but also of Greek tragedies or modern myths. It is a profound work, which probes the limits of choice, love and forgiveness,in a classical form, with cross-rhyme and accessible but expressive language."The Mistress" eroticism as a prisoner of the soul.Much more focused and intense,"The Mistress" explores the life of a woman loved in the shadows, living between desire and suffering. She is not a sinner in the sense of moralist, but a being trapped in a forbidden relationship, always on the sidelines, never fully chosen. In a few stanzas, the author outlines the portrait of a woman with a warm soul, but condemned to smolder in a hopeless love. This poem is perhaps the most painful of the three, because it resonates with the reality of thousands of women who love "secretly" and remain invisible. The language is sensitive, the metaphors betray the inner turmoil, and the slow rhythm accentuates the emotional drama.
