Description
"Race out the Trenches" explores the story of two boys outside of Newark, NJ. Both are star track runners and become best friends while running in college. Nothing defeats them until one of the runners, who is black, becomes a person of interest in a crime he did not commit. Knowing his friend, who is Hispanic, did it, does he snitch, break the street code, or save his life. By saving his life, he becomes a target in his hometown, and he is screwed either way.
