In the year 2051, the billionaires of the world had joined forces, and had created a kind of New World Arrangement. Nation after nation throughout the world had systematically been taken over by a ruthless corrupt system of governance, where only the billionaires, and their supporters, would be allowed the fundamental rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

And in this highly religious, new way of thinking, New World Order, all non-Whites—by Presidential Executive Order—were declared to be citizens non grata: wards of the State. And as potential enemies of the State, the Executive Order had decreed that these unfortunate souls should be rounded up, and transported into massive re-education camps throughout the country. Where they would be brutally but humanely trained to accept their "rightful place," in this revolutionary, bold, new world arrangement.
