News flash: Joe Rover is found pranked. Cause of prank: a pie to the face. Luckily, the greatest detective the world has ever known, Danny Smith, is on the case. He won't rest until the practical jokers are brought to justice.

Yup, it's a boring, rainy day and Danny is up for any action, even stopping a prankster. Unfortunately, Danny is not the world's greatest detective; he's not even a detective. He's a high school athlete that happens to be friends with a superhero. But that's not going to stop Danny from pretending to be a great detective.
