Description

The choices you make today will shape the person you become tomorrow. Younger Me, Older Me is a powerful guide to living with wisdom and intention, ensuring that your future self reaps the rewards-not the regrets-of your decisions. Through biblical principles and real-life applications, this book explores how to be a good steward of your finances (Proverbs 21:20), pursue meaningful work that aligns with your purpose (Colossians 3:23), cultivate strong relationships built on love and faith (Proverbs 17:17), and take care of your body through movement and proper nutrition.

May our lives be a testimony of God's goodness, so that long after we are gone, our faith and love continue to shine through the generations that follow.

Dr. JT Anderson has been in chiropractic practice for over 30 years and was the former Denver Broncos, Colorado Crush, and Denver Outlaws lacrosse team chiropractor. He and his wife, Bethany, now live in the Villages of Florida and have two amazing kids who have recently married: Caden and Elle. Doc JT has published three additional books: Outside the Fence, a father's journey from coach to fan, No Bones About It- a memoir of a chiropractor; and Motion is Lotion- live an oily life. You can visit his book website.

He is an avid golfer and pickleball player and loves the Lord with all of his strength, and his life verse is Philippians 4:13, which states, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
