Those who are HIV positive and infected with TB are more likely to become sick with TB than those infected with TB and are HIV negative. The present study has been undertaken to know the feasibility of HIV screening in children having tuberculous meningitis / disseminated tuberculosis attending the pediatric department of JN Medical College, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India.
