They cite the number of suspects killed by police vs. cops killed by suspects as if it's supposed to be a fair fight. But is there another profession where more people claim to know how to do it better than those trained to do it? Why, despite evidence exonerating officers of wrongdoing, does anti-police fervor too often flare into violence? Defending cops does not mean police abuses don't occur, but with millions of interactions every year, they are rare.
