This book "Practical Handbook of cytology" deals with the various experiments that are commonly expected to be performed by the life science students at graduate and Post graduate level. Every experiment is described in a very methodical manner. Universal college experiments like mitosis and meiosis study are detailed with many substitute methods for the complete success in demonstration of principle behind it. Commonly used protozoan like Amoeba and paramecium culture methods are elaborated in detail with alternative methods, followed by various experiments performed on it. The appendix will be of particular use for the teachers in arranging the experiments.
