
The brainchild of six working mums who run a monthly cooking club, it's full of flavours from across the globe; from Italian-inspired aubergine erostini to Burmese street food, pinwheel samosas and blueberry chia puddings. The headline rule is keep it simple, so these are dishes you'll be able to make from ingredients you'll already have at home or can lay your hands on easily.
"This is a collection of some of the best recipes we've shared at our Friday night cooking club over the years. We're not chefs...we're working women with kids who don't want to spend hours and hours in the kitchen. But we love great tasting food that looks amazing. We hope you enjoy it too."
