A Scottish Sikh chef with a passion for British produce, a taste for spices and a mischievous twinkle in his eye, Tony has taken his cue from the inventiveness of food found in our street stalls - a mashup of culinary influences, simple cooking techniques and inexpensive ingredients - to create over 80 recipes including the McTSingh Chilli Dog, Chipotle Lamb Meatballs, Mackerel & Chickpea Burger, Aubergine Flatbread, and finishing with some truly cross-cultural puds from chocolate samosas, shortcake trifle and pumpkin empanadas.
