The book focuses on what IS, and not on what can only be created in or with our mind; by now we know that in order to know what IS, we first need to acknowledge what IS not.  

The Puzzled Mind stands therefore still by our views of the world and of ourselves, so we can become aware of the ways in which these false beliefs are constantly shaping the states of our mind. It opens a direct route to the awareness of the creation of the self, because only by means of the identification of what IS not, the realization of what IS, can emerge. In summary, this writing is a clear path to the origin & roots of the own creations, where we will find nothing else but the physical & tangible expressions of the very own disorders.
