Three Chapters of Love is a book of poetry about love and some of its stages, from hopeful uncertainty to contented fulfilment. It is split into three chapters, each having a different purpose, exploring a different phase of love.
The longest chapter, titled Learning, deals with love's thorns and with coping. There are undertones of the author's faith in God, which is the rope she grips to prevent herself from being swept by the currents of despair.
The last chapter, titled Loved, is written for the author's husband and contains poetic forms of every kind including an Italian Sonnet, Acrostic, Ballad, Haiku, Cinquain and Villanelle.
This collection of poetry also includes a bonus chapter that expresses the author's view on the 'Perfect Love' that she believes can only be found with God.
N.B. This book features Arabic calligraphy based on each title, which was hand-written by the author.
