Advances in modern dental materials provide patients and practitioners a number of choices from which to create more pleasing and natural looking restorations. The word "ideal" and "gold standard" are used in recent days to justify why a dentist should buy another "new and improved" product. However, none of the material has all the ideal characteristics.
