INA - Title 8 United States Code includes Chapters 12, 13, 14, and 15. The INA (Immigration and Nationality Act) is classified principally to Chapter 12 of Title 8 USC. 8 C.F.R. - Title 8 Code of Federal Regulations includes Chapters I and V which reference both the INA and U.S.C. Title 8 throughout. The IFM - Customs and Border Protection Inspector's Field Manual was published by court order based on an FOIA request in 2011. It contains material dated 2/10/2006, the manual is useful to get a complete understanding of Immigration Law.

The EOIR Immigration Court Practice Manual and Board of Immigration Appeals Practice Manual (BIA) provide the procedural rules that govern Immigration Court proceedings and procedures to appeal the decisions made by the Immigration Courts and by DHS Officials.
