This early work by Kostis Palamas was originally published in 1919 and we are now republishing it with a brand new introductory biography. 'Life Immovable - First Part' is a collection of works by this great Greek poet. Kostis Palamas was born on 13th January in Patras, Greece. Palamas was educated in Mesolonghi, in Western Greece, before beginning his career as a journalist in the 1880's. During his career he published many poetry collections and became one of the most important literary figures Greece, greatly influencing the political and intellectual climate of his time.
