Understanding that human experiences are at the same time universal and unique is the key to success in any choices we make towards the purpose of emotional healing.

When we introduce awareness in our daily experience, the healing journey allows us to expand our perception of the world, our understanding and responses to what comes into our life.

Choice then, becomes an exercise of planning in order to create our own reality.

Lydia's journey, Beginnings, is about the loss of innocence and overcoming challenges; what we are faced with and how do we navigate the turbulent waters of growing up in a hostile environment, while preserving our mental and emotional sanity. It is about choices we make, conscious or unconscious, and the consequences of those choices spanning time.
