We all desperately want to read and understand God's Word. Indeed, many have tried to study the Bible only to be discouraged by the vast amounts of information and the inability to understand fully the message being communicated. This text aims to address this challenge: namely, to help people to fall in love with the Bible and to develop a desire to spend time in it. For within these pages, one not only learns historical truths about creation and an historical people called the Hebrews, but more importantly one encounters theological truths about the Creator Himself and how to know and understand Him better. Through the study of the Pentateuch, we will examine not only the meaning of the text, but also its importance for understanding the rest of the Old and New Testament.
