Description
The longest living and most resilient tank of Poland’s Death Metal fleet has once again hoisted its flag. Since 1983, founding member Piotr “Peter” Wiwczarek and his crew have clad the world with brutal blasts, pumping rhythms and heavy iron riffs. Vader were founded in the early eighties and can look back onto a unique march of success.
Now they release a new EP titled ‘Thy Messenger’ containing four of the five songs that were recorded over a week-long period in January and February at Hertz Studio in Białystok, Poland under the supervision of the Wiesławski Brothers. The cover art was painted by Wes Benscoter, who previously worked with Vader on the ‘De Profundis’ LP and has collaborated with such bands as Slayer, Kreator and Sinister.
