"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord; plans for welfare and not for calamity, to give you a hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11) If you are reading this, you are probably hurting. You are seeking comfort and help. I wrote this as a testimony to offer you help. It's about my journey through the various trials of mental illness and how God was always there every step of the way, guiding and comforting me. Perhaps you have tried many things to combat this illness and they have let you down. You are not alone. I live with bipolar disorder every day. It is my prayer that this book will help you find that peace. Learn to trust God more and more and watch Him work in your life, just as He did in mine. All proceeds from this book will go to support Christian ministries, especially those that help the homeless and mentally ill.
